I picked up this 1985 GPz900R from a guy at Redbank near Ipswich (West of Brisbane) for a couple of hundred dollars. It had been ridden everyday from his place to Eagle Farm (east of Brisbane city) and was now in need of a valve job as one valve no longer had any clearance. Apart from that there should be nothing else wrong with it other than wear and tear. I have it in secure storage so it will end up coming out in about 12 months once I have the other bikes finished.

Here are some pictures I took of the bike when I collected it. They are mainly for reference so that I can use them as before and after shots. I suspect I will eventually turn this into a streetfighter, as GPz900R's appear to be growing in popularity as candidates for this type of treatment!
