The "FOE" group takes our first excursion into the world of nature. After strapping up our hip waders (and for some, full-body waders) Emily and Greg led us out into the Cabin Creek stream. Once there, we learned how to check water samples for an assortment of things.
We also caught and examined the different life under the water there. (i.e. our favorite crayfish: Clarence and Bubba).
Cabin Creek: We totally waded all up on this.
Greg shows us how to use and not break the nice equipment.
Friends that wade together, stay together.

Alex and Jordan model waders type 1 & 2.
We find that litter both angers and saddens us.
"FOE"... this is why we're hot.
We also caught and examined icky things.
Emily showed us the technical term for "icky things".
And that was that of our Stream Walking excursion.
