selby railway club

a little about the railway club and i may stress all articles on here are my opinion and no one elses.
the railway club is idealy situated in the bus station . is a happy go lucky club it is very friendly and all on one level ideal for wheelchairs and pushchairs it encourages the local phab club ( physically handicapped & able bodied) to use our club and they do on this site you will see links to some artistes who appear at the club . the club has a pool team, snooker team, 2 football teams and a ladies hockey team ( were hoping to get them to help with our site ) its a real family club. friday night there is entertainment on usually a singer and its family night where children of all ages can stay all night till the club closes sat sun children under 8 must leave by 9.30 again there is entertainment on.
every yr it holds the selby and district darts and domino`s award nights
it has a easter fancy dress etc for the children along with egg rolling, kids bingo raffles etc loads going on it has a yearly trip to the coast and christmas party . it caters for every age from baby in pushchair to however old you are.
the commitee ( this will get them worried haha) are very helpful and are very polite the club welcomes new members and guests ( all guests to be signed in by a member at a minimal cost of 50p) you can book our restaurant or concert room ( concert room varies due to entertainment ...see entertainment page for details) the club secetary keith will answer any questions if you contact the club ( phone number on the this is the club page )also on this is the club page there is a link to a r.a.c.route planner they will be a sports section as the club offers sporting activities... football..ladies hockey.. fishing pool snooker( 2 tables) golf it also has a big screen for all those big sporting events. finally for this bit im adding a email link (email link above this text under the counter..they`ll be one on each page) where if you have any questions on any of the subjects or to do with the club please email me them and i can hand them to the appropiate person . hope this site is helpful any ideas please email me with them
