I hope you go onto to success in what ever you lads do 1 because i think overall ability aside we proved that you can compete as a team and be successful........thanks also to the parents and i wish you all well in the near future and beyond ! New york rovers will now finally fold after a somewhat good umbro cup farewell ? gaining our first ever victory and taking a point in the group satges off the very successful de la salle in a 2-2 draw..keep in touch lads by way of message or phone anytime ! and who knows maybe one day in the future new york rovers fc will rise again cya ,,,,,

..: well donn to new york in there last friendly before the umbro cup which starts this weds...in a good game between new york and cheadle & gatley B ? new york ran out 7-3 winners ! in a game that was all about final preparation both sides had good spells in difficult conditions pitchwise with new york just slightly the better overall......good luck to cheadle & gatley B and new york in the umbro cup
