At Doc's Choppers we offer complete theme bikes, bare frames and painted frames. We powder-coat our signature frames, then trick them out with custom parts and we have some of the best air-brush artists in Miami waiting to paint anything you can imagine on your bike.
Doc started restoring old beach cruisers around 1999. When the Chopper Motorcycle craze was introduced to mainstream T.V. fans, Doc began to notice what a good response he got from custom, chopper-style parts on his restoration projects. After tricking out only a few beach cruisers, Doc knew he wanted to design a fun, unique chopper bicycle frame for adults.
Once Doc produced his first designs, he began to commission different fabricators. After working with a variety of welders in both the custom bicycle and motorcycle fields, he finally found someone that he knew would help make his visions a reality, while insuring the structural integrity of the final product. Only then did Doc go ahead with the Wave Rider project.
At Doc's Choppers, we make your bike when you order it and YOU will approve the design before we build it. We can build you a frame for custom parts or a frame made for parts you can strip from the old chopper bike that you grew out of. That's because we start from scratch, just like the best motorcycle builders do.
